Refund Policy

At Next Glow, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. Due to the personal care nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy, but we always ensure our customers are treated fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns, replacements, or refunds within 7 days of delivery under the following specific conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

• The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Open or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

• Change of mind after the product has been opened or used is not applicable for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@getnextglow.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

2. Include your Order Number and clear photos or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Our customer care team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

• Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed. For COD orders, the refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash as agreed upon.

• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent), Next Glow will not cover return shipping costs.

• If a return is approved for other specific reasons, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
